Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 30 days of delivery. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs.

Unwanted or Unsatisfactory Products

If your order wasn’t what you expected, we understand. You may request a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
• The entire order must be returned.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
